WELCOME TO THE AI VILLAGE!
At Accessible AI For All, we believe AI should belong to everyone, not just a select few.
Here, underrepresented founders don't just learn AI; they bring the essential qualities AI lacks; context, culture, and trust to ensure the future of AI isn't just smart, but truly wise.

FOUNDERS NOTE
After more than two decades working at the intersection of data, technology, and leadership, one lesson stands above all: wisdom comes from who’s in the room. I’ve seen firsthand that when AI is shaped only by a narrow few, we all lose out on its true potential.
That’s why I founded Accessible AI for All, to build an entirely new kind of village. Here, underestimated founders are centered as architects of the future.
I believe AI should be built on more than algorithms and ambition; it should carry the imprint of our lived experiences, cultural wisdom, and communities. That’s how we create technology that’s not only powerful, but ethical, trustworthy, and transformative for all.
At AAFA, we don’t just imagine a more inclusive tech world, we roll up our sleeves and build it together. If you’re ready to lead, learn, and contribute your voice to something bigger, there’s a place for you here.
With purpose and pride,
Payal Rohira
CEO & Founder

Equity Gap in Digital Skills
We exist to close the digital divide. The need is urgent: One-third of U.S. adults have limited or no digital skills (National Skills Coalition). If we don't act on this gap with accessible, adult-focused education, AI will only deepen inequality. AAFA ensures that those who have been overlooked are empowered to build the future.
Economic Impact
Increasing diversity in AI could boost the U.S. GDP by up to $500 billion per year by 2030, as diverse teams are more likely to create innovative solutions (Source: McKinsey & Company, 2020).
Skills Gap
By 2025, it is estimated that 70% of new jobs will require some level of AI and machine learning skills, underscoring the need for targeted educational initiatives to prepare underrepresented groups (Source: World Economic Forum, 2020).
